  • Where is my shipping/tracking information?
    You will usually receive a confirmation email with tracking number within 24 hours. If you have not received your tracking number please email info@harlowrow.com and we will promptly respond to your inquiries.
  • My package arrived damaged.
    If the contents of your package were damaged, please send a picture to “info@harlowrow.com” with the subject line: “Damaged packaged: Order #”. We will review your email and send over a new order immediately.
  • What are your shipping rates?
    We offer FREE SHIPPING on any orders over $20 and orders will usually be shipped 2- 8 business days.
  • Where do you ship to?
    We currently only ship to the contiguous United States.
